Xcel Surfaces provides the original property owner with a two (2) year non-transferable limited warranty on the Xcel Surfaces decorative surfacing system against defects in materials.
This warranty specifically covers material bond failure, including chipping, flaking, and peeling, when installed and maintained under normal conditions.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective material only and does not include labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation.
All workmanship and installation-related issues are warranted separately by the authorized applicator.
Coverage is subject to applicable exclusions and limitations as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.
